- If you wish to cancel a one-time service (e.g., website design, Google listing setup, graphic design) before we start working, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment. A partial refund (excluding administrative charges) may be issued at our discretion.
- For monthly or yearly subscription services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, ad campaigns, automation):
- You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- The current cycle (month/year) will continue, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
- For custom projects (e.g., web applications, chitfund software, attendance apps):
- Cancellation is only possible before the project kick-off stage. Once development has started, no refunds are available.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
- Services not delivered as per the agreed scope of work (subject to investigation).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services include:

- Hosting charges
- SSL certificates
- Third-party integrations or licenses (APIs, plugins, etc.)
- Any completed design, development, or marketing service
