1. General Policy

  • All service purchases are final once initiated.
  • Due to the nature of digital services (website design, SEO, marketing campaigns, applications, etc.), we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a one-time service (e.g., website design, Google listing setup, graphic design) before we start working, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment. A partial refund (excluding administrative charges) may be issued at our discretion.
  • For monthly or yearly subscription services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, ad campaigns, automation):
    • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
    • The current cycle (month/year) will continue, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
  • For custom projects (e.g., web applications, chitfund software, attendance apps):
    • Cancellation is only possible before the project kick-off stage. Once development has started, no refunds are available.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  • Services not delivered as per the agreed scope of work (subject to investigation).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services include:

  • Domain name purchases
  • Hosting charges
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party integrations or licenses (APIs, plugins, etc.)
  • Any completed design, development, or marketing service

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Send an email to info@adaptdigisolutions.com with your order details, payment receipt, and reason for request.
  • Our support team will review the case and update you on the eligibility for a refund or cancellation.
