2. Pricing & Payment

- Payment must be made in advance for one-time services and as per the agreed plan (monthly or yearly) for recurring services.
- Custom projects may require milestone-based payments, which will be mutually agreed upon.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but any ongoing project will not be affected.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once a service has been initiated, payments are non-refundable.
- If you cancel a project before it begins, only partial refunds (if any) may be issued at our discretion.
- Subscription plans (monthly/yearly) can be canceled anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information (such as business details, content, and images) required to deliver the services.
- Delays in providing necessary information may affect timelines.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they share with us (logos, images, text, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables (website, designs, applications, etc.).
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any pre-designed templates, stock images, or third-party integrations remain subject to their original licenses.
6. Service Limitations
- We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- SEO, social media growth, and ad campaign performance depend on multiple factors outside our control; hence, no specific results are guaranteed.
- Hosting, domain, and third-party fees (if not included in your package) must be borne by the client.
7. Confidentiality
- All client information will be kept confidential and used only for project purposes.
- We will not share or sell client data to any third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
